Service
In this section of the Administration area, the
administrator can manage various aspects of the environment of HTML
DB. Any configuration changes made here are for the entire instance
of HTML DB. Workspace specific settings can be accomplished through
the Workspace Administration. This is covered in the Managing
Workspaces section of this chapter. This Administrative section
provides management for the following parts:

Environment Settings |
These settings control the configuration of
HTML DB which is applied to all Workspaces in an instance. |

Site-Specific Tasks |
Site-Specific tasks will appear in a
Site-Specific Tasks list, shown in Figure 15.10, on the Workspace
home and login pages. These links are specified by the
Administrator. |

Service Requests |
This is where the Administrator will handle
any requests for workspaces. |
|
Change Requests |
Like service requests, these are requests for
changes to a workspace, such as more space or to add a new schema.
|

Logs |
This area allows the Administrator to manage
the size of the various logs that HTML DB provides. |
|
Session State |
The Administrator can manage the amount of
space the session states are consuming. |
|
Mail Queue |
Management of the mail queue. |
