Column Attributes

To view the Column Attributes page, navigate to the Report Attributes page for a report region.  Click on the edit icon  to the left of the column names.

Column Definition

§         Show Column:  Select whether or not the column should be visible to the user.  For columns such as primary key columns, it may be necessary to select the data but you may not necessarily want to display it to the user.  This data is generally used for link columns.

§         Sum:  Calculates the sum of the column and displays it at the end of the report.

§         Sort:  Select YES if the user should be able to sort the column.

§         Heading Alignment:  Indicates where the text should be placed in the column heading.

§         Column Alignment:  Indicates the alignment of the data in the report column.
